Men Are Emotionally Competent

Managerial or leadership positions are most often filled by men. Unfortunately, they have received a lot of 'bad press' in these roles - if men are not able to express their emotional vulnerabilities, they will enact them upon others.

Dr. Shahieda Jansen, Deputy Director (Academic support & ICT) at UNISA, gives us a look at men as whole persons and how to create a safe space for the expression of masculine emotion in the workplace and beyond.
