Hi5 sunsets on 30 Jan 2024

We want you to be the first to know that Hi5 will be sunsetting on 30 January 2024 🌇 This is disappointing news, but we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support. ❤️🙏🏽

We've celebrated significant milestones with over 86,000 users and more than 45,000 Hi5s.

However we’ve made the difficult decision to close Hi5 because we’re no longer able to provide the best possible experience for our users. We’ve explored other options of selling through Acquire, but couldn’t find the right partner to take Hi5 to the next level.

We know that you may have questions about what this means for your account and data. Here are some important things to keep in mind:

1. Your account will be automatically closed on 30 January 2024 and all data removed.
2. You can export your data from Hi5 before that date by following these steps: How to back up your Hi5 account.
3. If you have a paid subscription, you can request a refund for the remaining time on your subscription. Please email accounts@get5.io
4. If you signed up via credit card, you can cancel your subscription by going to your My Company > Settings > Subscription page and clicking the Downgrade button. Read more here
