You can create your own Role with 5 Goals or KPIs to be rated by. You can also add personal goals using the Goals Tracker.
On Hi5, you can be assigned a Role (eg. Social Media Marketer). Each Role on Hi5 has 5 Goals attached to it - these need to be set up either by your Admin, your Line Manager or yourself.
When your Admin has not assigned a Role to you yet, you are able to create your own Role with 5 measurable, attainable Goals to be rated by. Here's how.
Your Admin will be notified once you submit your Role & Goals, then they can review it and assign the Role & Goals you created to you.
To set & track personal goals that only you can see, you can use the Goals Tracker on your Hi5 Wall of Fame Dashboard.
