The lens we look through changes how we understand the world — in a medical field “plaster’ means something different to what it means in the construction business.

The context of the workplace environment has a direct impact on the culture of that organisation — that’s why there are frog poison darts in the Amazon, and olive oil in the Mediterranean.

“Culture is not the way we do things around here, but the contextual result of the way we do things around here.”
